Vern-ask your doc to run your magniseum / potasium levels if they haven't already -- if they're low it does cause you to feel dizzy and sometimes pass out - causes your heart to slow down. This happen to me a few years back I ended up passing out and breaking my nose since my face hit the floor first. ouch!!! They didn't see it in the ER my doc found it after running a series of blood work on me.

This is migraine day #7 urgh!!! my codeine is not going be helpful since I have to work and when I take them it knocks me out so I can get some sleep in....the only thing that is starting to worry me is that I feel I'm always forgetting something or I'm in a daze then again maybe that's just the Vous experiment????? I don't know but I have a dr's appt in August so I guess I'll discuss it with her along with the thought of me doing the lap band since diet and exercise is working - although it could of been just from the stress with the ex - who the hell knows - I should love myself but when "mom" is having an issue with my size it doesn't seem to help matters and she's only concerned for my health even though I told her it's not a good idea to put that shit in my head since the depression doesn't help matters either. I know I'm at risk due to my size - but come on to harp on it - Drives me INSANE!!!
So my comeback to that has been with her if no one likes me because of my size they're NOT worth having in my life anyways. Of course she goes "that's a poor attitude to have" you should try to lose it. can't win with Mom.

I have tried so many diets its ridiculous so I thought I would try this. My brother has been doing it and has lost 60 lbs in 6 monthes.
It sounded expensive, but its the only groceries you need all month, for food,
so If you break it down its not bad.
Bought a wII for the fitness, have to get my grandson to come over to show me how to use it! I've tried but no luck!! Thats why I need a man around. lol

Vern my bike died on the way to the Vous I was about 20 minutes from home when it happened. Lost an exhaust valve in the rear cylinder. Ed probably be done over the winter $2500 is what I'm thinking a complete top end rebuild and I need new jugs(cylinders) because mine has been bored to their limit. Used rebuilds with title $4000-$4500 New motor $6500 so I'm going this route. I am suffering with no ride but can borrow brothers old show bike for a short ride to rough to ride long distance, also suffering from Italian money disease "FundsareLow"
