Morning gang! Up and at 'em early this morning, lots to do!

Coffee, tea, cocoa, red bulls and diet coke/pepsi. Breakfast sandwiches for those on the go, and eggs, bacon, sausage, homefries and toast for those who have the time. Maybe some of Jamie's hash too!

Coy, keep up the good work buddy!! I'm still not smoking since September. It's a rough road, but you will feel so much better when you think of all the money you're saving. I did that for the first 2 months and the savings is what kept me going!! We're all pulling for ya.
Glad those of you who were sick are starting to feel better.

Off to visit with my Mom this morning. Might just take her out shopping. We'll see!!

Coy, ya just gotta keep at it! I too quit cold turkey after repeated attempts to quit.
It took me 4 tries, and the 4th one stuck, so let's hope 4's the magic number!
I still have the urge for a butt when I'm drinking, which is quite often, but I refuse to spend any more money on nicotine!

Coy congrats on the no smoking. Try eating some oranges when you get the urge. One it keeps your hands busy and two the vitamin C replaces the urges. Good luck. I quit cold turkey when I was in the service back in 1981. It was tough but worth it.

Morning all! It's about 30 degrees here this morning. Everything is white with frost. I was even able to write on the windshield of my car

I think I'll take a nice hot cup of tea please. Time to take the girls to school since they don't have any winter coats to keep them warm.

I've been try to quit also but haven't done well. I was cutting down gradually was done to less than a pack a day from 2(+ some days). But have had lots of stress the past month so not doing as good. I know I should just stop and try that way again. It is a lot of cash.
